Ms. Clemons-Fitts is an experienced educator and instructional leader with more than 20 years of service in education. Her professional background includes elementary education, early literacy, teacher coaching, curriculum and instruction, and school leadership. She currently serves as a District Literacy Specialist, partnering with administrators and teachers to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, analyze student data, implement evidence-based literacy practices, and improve student outcomes.
Ms. Clemons-Fitts holds advanced credentials in Curriculum, Instruction, Management, and Administration, along with endorsements in Dyslexia, Teacher Leadership, and Educational Leadership (Tier 1). She is passionate about supporting educators, empowering students, building strong instructional systems, and ensuring that every child receives high-quality literacy instruction.
Ms. Clemons-Fitts is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. She values creating meaningful memories with them while modeling the importance of faith, education, perseverance, and purpose.
