Rising Kindergarten Summer Transition Program
Registration open May 3

The purpose of the Rising Kindergarten program is to provide a summer academic program to support rising kindergarteners & students who are in Pre-K now who need additional support before entering kindergarten. Only a limited number of slots available. Acceptance is given to completed application packets. Students will attend field trips every Friday. The schedule is 7:30 – 3:00 daily. Transportation will be provided. Children must be four years of age by September 1, 2022 and entering kindergarten next school term. Applications are available in the Elementary School Office.

Items needed to complete packet:
1. Application
2. Birth Certificate
3. Social Security Card
4. Proof of Address
5. Ear, Eye, & Dental (Health Dept.)
6. Immunization Record (Health Dept.)
